摘要：目前我国高校学前教育本科毕业生在教学中存在很多的问题，普遍呈现出重理论，缺乏理论与实践的结合，这是我国培养目标的一大弊端。幼儿教师的教育活动组织能力贯穿于整个教学活动中，是教学过程的中心环节。然而学前教育本科毕业生的教育活动组织能力十分薄弱，不能满足新时期下幼儿教育的需求。本研究通过对师范学院学前教育专业100名学生的调查与分析，结合已有的教学经验与实践，分析了学前教育本科毕业生教育活动组织能力薄弱的原因，并提出了应丰富教学活动，提高学生对教学组织能力的重要性认知、强化说课训练，提高学生教学操作能力、重视艺术技能培养，提高学生艺术教学能力、完善毕业实习，增加学生实践经验等四种增强学前教育本科毕业生教育活动组织能力的策略。学前教育本科毕业生教育活动组织能力的调查研究—以师范学院为例 21536

Research on preschool education graduates activities organized by  Normal University as an example
Abstract：at present the undergraduate college preschool education in our country has many problems in the teaching, generally exhibit heavy theory, the lack of the combination of theory and practice, this is a big disadvantage of training target in china. Through the teachers' educational activities organized in the entire teaching activity, is the central link of teaching process. However, preschool education undergraduate education activities organizational ability is very weak, unable to meet the needs of children education in the new era. In this study, through the investigation and Analysis on  Normal University preschool education professional 50 students, combining the teaching experience and practice, analyzed the reason of weak preschool education graduates education activities organizational ability, we should enrich the teaching activities, improve the cognition, the importance of teaching students organization and strengthening the ability of speaking training, improve teaching operation ability, pay attention to the art of skills training, improve the students' teaching ability, improve the art of graduation practice, increase students' practical experience four enhancement of preschool education graduates education management strategy.

随着社会的进步及基础教育改革的不断深化，作为基础教育中的一部分，现在幼儿教育越来越受到国家重视。国家关于幼儿教育的政策与要求也如期而来。[1]从《幼儿园工作规程》到《幼儿园指导纲要（试行）》，再到《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》，到现在的《幼儿教师专业标准》，这充分显示了幼儿教育的重要地位。社会对高素质高水平幼儿教师的需求逐渐增加，人们也更加认识到学前时期教育对个体一生发展的重要性。以前的幼教师资水平已经不能满足社会的需求，幼儿园也逐渐要求高素质、高学历、高水平的幼师去胜任这个工作。作为培养学前教育教师的高等师范学校，要做到保证幼儿教师的教学质量，培养高素质、高能力的人才。而一个幼儿园教师所具备的教育活动组织能力是整个教学能力的核心部分。通过对幼儿教师教育活动组织能力的调查研究，可以有针对性地对幼儿教师进行有目的的培训，提高幼儿教师的教育活动组织能力从而来进行有效教学。本研究通过对师范学院学前教育专业若干名本科毕业生的调查．并进一步分析学前教育本科毕业生在教学活动组织中存在的问题，并有效提出解决问题的相应对策。 学前教育本科毕业生教育活动组织能力的调查研究:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_13786.html
