摘要：小学阶段是教育过程的初始阶段，对学生的发展有着重要的、基础性的作用。随着学习内容的逐渐增多，学习难度的逐步加大，加上缺乏必需的学习方法和技巧等，不少小学生面临的学习困难越来越多，学习成绩也日益下降，成为学困生。如何采取有效措施教育转化学困生已成为小学教育研究的热点问题。本文在分析总结已有研究成果的基础上，通过观察法、访谈等研究方法，归纳了小学学困生的主要表现，并分析了其50544

Causes and Countermeasures of Primary School Students with Learning Difficulties
Abstract: Primary school education is the initial stage of the development of the students, and it plays an important and fundamental role. As the learning content increasing, as well as the increasing difficulty of learning, and even the lack of necessary study methods and techniques, etc. many students are facing more and more difficulties, and they also receive declining grades, finally become a poor student. It is the key issue to take effective measures to transform poor student into good ones in the primary school teaching. Based on the analysis on the basis of predecessors' summarizing research results, through the observation, interviews and other research methods, sums up the main performance of the about poor student in primary school, we should analyze its forming reasons, and finally put forward the corresponding education countermeasures.

一、学困生的概念及其研究意义
（一）学困生的概念
顾名思义，学困生就是指学习有困难的学生。学习困难又被叫做学习失能，学习不良，学业欠佳等。1990年，美国学习困难全国联合委员会提出了学困生的定义，认为“学习困难是一个综合性的概念，指在获得和运用听说读写、推理、数学运算能力方面表现出重大困难的一组意志障碍，并可能持续终身”[1]。华东师范大学硕士研究生王菲说：“学困生”指的是智力属于正常范围，但由于各种不同的原因，学习成绩未能达到同其智力水准相称的学业不良的学生，而这种不良是可逆的，在一定的补救教育的条件下是可以转化的，即通过教师的耐心指导、家长的积极配合及本人的奋发努力，最终还是可以达到学业优良水准的学生[2]。 小学学困生的成因及对策:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_53913.html
