摘  要： 现在，求职需求越来越面向大众化，人们越来越离不开网络了，人们通过互联网来招聘人才或者是网上求职，这无疑增添了互联网的需求，招聘网的实现方便了人们的需求，毕业大学生和招聘单位对招聘网的实现给予了更大的支持。本设计采用的技术是struts+spring+hibernate的技术，能够实现求职者，企业用户和管理员的登录，注册功能，此外对于求职者有投递简历功能，对于企业用户有发布职位信息的功能，管理员则可以管理企业用户与求职者的信息。37485

Design and Implementation of Recruitment Network
Abstract:  Nowadays, with the popularity of job demand, network has been inseparable in many people’s lives. That people recruit talents or seek jobs through the Internet largely raise the demand of the Internet. The implementation of recruitment network facilitates people and the college graduates and recruiters offer more supports to the implementation of recruitment network. The design of recruitment network adopts the struts + spring + hibernate technology, which can achieve the function of entry and registration for job seekers, enterprises and administrators. What’s more, job seekers can submit their resumes, enterprises can release their recruitment information and administrators can manage the information of them.
