摘要：幼儿园班级管理是幼儿园管理工作的基础，因此幼儿园班级管理科学、合理的进行，直接影响幼儿身心各方面健康发展，影响办园水平，由此可见幼儿园班级管理工作的重要性。本文从幼儿园班级管理的概念和中班管理的内容；以及通过观察法和谈话法对S幼儿园中班班级管理的现状与存在的问题：生活常规管理内容限制过多；教育常规管理教师缺乏正确的指导；班级计划执行方面，以教师为主；师幼互动方面缺乏情感交流；家长参与方面，对班级管理不了解、不重视。在此提出了幼儿园班级管理的策略：教师转变班级管理理念；教师正确引导，让幼儿自觉形成良好的常规行为；班级计划时，教师作为榜样，鼓励幼儿积极参与；师幼互动中，为幼儿创设和谐、宽松、安全、温馨的班级环境；家长参与，促进幼儿园班级管理。37623
