摘要课外辅导和正规教育系统之间的关系是一种相互补充而又相符矛盾的关系。课外辅导在世界上被大多数国家各国家政府排斥与抵制，可是奇怪的是，这些制定各种政策以应对不断增长的课外辅导已被证明是无效的，而且课外辅导不仅仅没有被压缩反而进一步扩张。这有趣的现象值得我们研究和探讨。本文探讨了在小学教育课课外辅导的相关内容，目的着重是研究小学教育中课外辅导的形成因素以及课外辅导对小学教育的的成效与成效，笔者主要通过文献法与调查问卷的研究方法，在充分的深入得了解国内外辅导的历史与现状上，经过笔者系统的分析与对生活实际的总结后，从对现有小学生课外辅导的决策者---学生家长的调度制作出一份问卷调查，考量学生家庭背景，家长及孩子需求课外辅导中辅导形式辅导效果等多种变量，并对问卷进行客观收集与以科学的方法严谨的态度进行数据统计。最后得出这样一个结论，即在当下人们渴望教育机会均等的理想与高风险的应试教育的正式教育体制的不足的前提下，课外辅导因满足了现代人竞争压力大而又缺乏安全的心理，同时因现下主流学校系统只能提供单一教育形式无法满足现代人对教育的强烈需求，人们需求一个一个作为一个所主流教育的伴随的“寄生教育市场”，它吸收家长和学生没有得到满足的额外的教育需求，在与主流教育形成了寄生的关系同时也有其独立生存土壤。44180

Tutoring in most countries of the national government of exclusion and resistance in the world, but the strange thing is, these policies to cope with the growing private tutoring has been shown to be ineffective, and tutoring not onlyis not compressed but further expansion. This interesting phenomenon worthy of our study and explore. This paper discusses the related contents of elementary education courses intutoring, to focus on form factors and tutoring the influence and effect of primary schooleducation research of primary school education in extra-curricular guidance, this papermainly through literature method and questionnaire, understand the history and present situation of domestic and international schools in full depth. Through the analysis of thesystem and the actual life of the summary, make a questionnaire survey on the existingprimary school extracurricular counselling from decision makers, the parents of the studentsconsider scheduling, students' family background, parents and children need tutoring in theguidance effect of forms and other variables, and the questionnaires were collected by data statistics and objective in order to scientifically rigorous attitude. Finally come to the conclusion that the formal education system, exam oriented education in ideal and high risk ofthe desire for equality of opportunity in education the problems under the premise of tutoringfor meet the modern competitive pressure and lack of safety psychology, at the same time,because now the mainstream school system can only provide a single form of education can not meet the education the strong demand of modern people, people demand a one as with the "market" parasitic education a mainstream education,it absorbs the parents and studentsto meet the additional educational needs are not in mainstream education, and formed aparasitic relationship also has its own survival soil.
