摘要:市场经济就如同一把双刃剑，在促进社会各方面工作取得进步的同时，也带来了一些负面效应。对于教育领域而言，社会上的不正风气逐渐妨碍了相对纯洁的小学校园，从事基础教育工作的小学教师职业道德走向滑坡已经成为一个不争的事实，严重影响了教育事业的顺利进行。鉴于此，本文在吸收和借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，根据文献法和案例法，针对目前小学教师职业道德失范愈演愈烈的状况进行一系列的理论分析和探讨，主要从客观方面和主观方面分析了小学教师职业道德失范的原因，并分析整理了其主要表现。在此基础上，从社会方面、教育行政部门方面、学校管理方面以及教师自身方面提出了重建小学教师职业道德的实质性对策。经过仔细的探讨和研究整理，不难发现，重建小学教师教师职业道德是一项巨大的系统工程，需要多方面共同努力。

Primary School Teachers' Professional Ethics Anomie Problems and Solutions
Abstract: Market economy is like a double-edged sword, in the promotion of the social progress at the same time, it also brings some negative effects. For the field of education, errors atmosphere in society gradually hinder the relative purity of the primary school, engaged in basic education of primary school teachers' professional ethics towards landslide has become an indisputable fact, seriously affecting the smooth progress of education. In view of this, based on absorbing and drawing on previous research results, according to the literature method and case method, aiming at the primary school teacher occupation morality anomie mounting make a series of theoretical analysis and discussion, mainly from the objective and subjective aspects analyses the causes of the primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, collate and analyze its main performance. On this basis, from the aspects of society, the administrative departments of education, the management of schools and teachers themselves, the paper puts forward substantive countermeasures to rebuild primary school teachers' professional ethics. After careful discussion and study, it is not hard to find, reconstruction of primary school teachers of teachers' professional ethics is a huge systematic project, which requires the joint efforts of many.
