摘要《商业银行经营管理》是金融学专业的专业基础课，该门课程为学生讲授的是有关商业银行管理的基础理论知识，使学生了解和掌握商业银行管理的基本业务，并且能在实际工作中加以运用。课程要求在内容上要注重理论联系实际，以瞬息万变的市场和客户需求为基础，能够正确分析和解决商业银行在经营管理中所碰到的问题，同时，通过让学生讨论和分析国家新出台的货币金融政策和制度，以更好地理解和运用国家的政策。其显著的综合性、实践性和应用性的特点，使得案例分析在商业银行管理课程中具有举足轻重的地位和作用。从学生视角来看，对商业银行经营管理案例的学习，能够起到灵活运用课本理论、解决实际问题的作用，对学生的知识掌握有着画龙点睛的作用。45456

Abstract
“The operation and management of commercial bank”, is a finance professional basic course, which teaching subject is teaching the students the basic theoretical knowledge on the management of commercial Banks, and make the students understand and grasp the basic business of commercial bank management, and could be used in the practical work. Course requirements to pay attention to the theory with practice, based on the rapidly changing market and customer demand, can correctly analyze and solve problems encountered in commercial Banks in the operation and management. At the same time, the course also let students discuss and analyze the new monetary and financial policies and system of the state, which in order to better understand and use of national policy. The course’s significance and comprehensive and practical application makes case analysis in the commercial bank management has the important status. Students’ view of commercial bank operation and management of the case study can rise the flexible use of the role of textbook theory, the solution to actual problem, which means that it has the effect that make the important point to student's knowledge.

近几年，关于教学改革的讨论日趋激烈，传统的教学方式已不能满足当前的教学需要，为提高教学质量，案例分析在教学中的作用日益凸显。
案例分析是指提供一段背景资料，通过阅读分析给定的资料，依据一定的理论知识，或做出决策，或做出评价，或提供具体的解决问题的方法或意见等。案例分析在教学中的运用，起源于哈佛商学院用于培养高级经理和管理精英的教育实践。目前在我国，案例分析主要在大学中运用，但受重视程度不够。
