失独家庭的心理问题分析及干预对策

摘要：失独家庭是我们身边的一个特殊群体，疾病或意外却让他们遭遇独子夭折的厄运。在经历了“老来丧子”的人生大悲之后，已失去再生育能力，只能独自承担养老压力和精神空虚。首先本文从四个发面（孤独、自卑、逃避心理以及精神疾病）论述了失独家庭存在的情感问题，其次，探讨了失独家庭面临的困难，主要表现在经济问题、养老问题、领养再生问题、隔代教育问题，最后，本文提出了应对失独家庭心理问题的对策，政府应该首当其冲，为失独家庭养老保驾护航、对失独家庭进行心理疏导或精神慰藉、鼓励失独家庭积极进行自救。53596

Abstract：The family is a special group of our side, disease or accident is that they have only child died of doom. 1 前言

在我国的传统家庭观念中，认为养儿防老和传宗接代，孩子不仅是血脉的延续，也是精神的寄托。我国计划生育国策已经持续了30多年，虽然缓解我国人口的问题，但是也给有些家庭带来了生活的风险。“失独家庭”也就这样形成了，“失独家庭”是指独生子女死亡，其父母不再生育、不能生育和不愿收养子女的家庭。失独者一般都大于50岁。

2013年2月27日，全国老龄办发布的《中国老龄事业发展报告(2013)》显示，我国空巢老年人口规模继续上升，2012年为0.99亿人，2013年突破1亿人大关。在空巢家庭中，无子女老年人和失独老年人开始增多，由于执行计划生育政策的一代陆续开始进入老年期，加上子女风险事件的发生等因素，无子女老年人越来越多。2012年，中国至少有100万个失独家庭，且每年以约7.6万个的数量持续增加。
