摘要：目前，隔代教育已经成为一个社会现实，也日益成为社会非常关注的教育方式，对其进行研究十分有必要，也是促进小学生快速发展的重点。本文主要阐述了当前我国隔代教育的现象十分普遍，隔代教育也给小学生的心理发展带来了一些不利影响，它们体现在祖辈对小孩过分溺爱，使其形成不良性格；忽略了孩童成长需求，阻碍其个性发展；容易引起矛盾，造成亲子疏远，造成人际交往能力低下等方面，应该了解到隔代教育的利弊，在发挥隔代教育的优势之上，采取形成家庭教育合力，寻找合适的平衡点，办好祖辈家长学校和构建学校桥梁等措施来减轻隔代教育对小学生产生的不利影响，从而可以使小学生可以快乐、健康的发展。66753

1 前言
在叶澜的《教育概论》一书中，隔代教育定义为，“是经济转型时的产物,一部分小孩子的父母为了生活中某些原因外出打工或夫妻分离,将自己的子女托付给祖辈照管,形成了一种祖辈养育孙辈的教育现象[1]。”
