摘要：经济全球化的背景下，企业资本结构问题已成为国内外共同关注的焦点，资本结构的选择也成为上市公司投融资方面的核心问题。本文选取1118家制造业上市公司2010-2014年的数据进行研究，研究主要分为五个部分，首先，对研究目的和意义进行阐述；其次，分析国内外研究现状；然后，阐述资本结构相关理论；接着，通过多元回归模型进行实证分析，实证结果表明，公司规模、营运能力和资产担保价值与资本结构显著正相关，盈利能力、成长性与资本结构显著负相关，利息保障倍数与资本结构负相关，但并不显著；最后通过公司自身层面和外部治理机制两个方面对如何优化资本结构提出建议。43183

 Capital Structure Research of Listed Manufacturing Companies

ABSTRACT：In the context of economic globalization，the capital structure of enterprises at home and abroad has become the focus of common concern，choose the capital structure of listed companies has become a core issue in terms of investment and financing. This paper selects 1118 manufacturing firms 2010--2014 years of data for research，research is pided into five parts，the first，the purpose and significance of the research are briefly described；secondly，analyzes the current research；and then explain capital structure theory；the，empirical analysis by multivariate regression model，the empirical results show that the size of the company，operating capacity and asset-backed value and capital structure significant positive correlation，profitability， growth and capital structure was significantly negatively correlated，interest coverage ratio and capital structure negatively correlated， but not significantly; concludes with recommendations on how to optimize the capital structure through the company's own level and external governance mechanisms in two ways.
