摘要本文以健美操世锦赛有氧踏板项目决赛中的成套动作为研究的对象,通过参考文献资料、观察比赛录像、整理和统计数据等方法对器械队形的变化及速度、运动员队形的变化及速度以及场地和空间的利用进行研究和分析,归纳和总结出竞技性有氧踏板队形编排的特点和规律。43895
得出以下结论:
1、在健美操世锦赛有氧踏板的决赛中,踏板队形的移动变化在次数相同或相近的情况下,移板变化的方式新颖多样,速度变化快慢结合,有节奏且流畅是制胜的因素所在。
2、在健美操世锦赛有氧踏板的决赛中,运动员队形变化在成套中主要采用多种队形变化相结合的形式,新颖复杂且快速流畅,体现出队形编排的创新性、多样性、复杂性等特点。
3、在2健美操世锦赛有氧踏板的决赛中,6支参赛队伍的成套动作对整个比赛场地的分布较为均衡,但相比较而言,对中场和前场的利用率相对较高一些。
