摘要研究背景:近几年,中国青少年跳高竞技水平总体有了显著地提升,但我国跳高队伍中运动员的伤病隐患令人担忧。青少年跳高运动员的良好发展是影响我国跳高竞技运动水平提高的一个重要因素。对于跳高运动员来说,膝关节的损伤显得尤为突出,一旦损伤就很难恢复到原来的水平,所以合理的训练方法和运动损伤的防治显得尤为重要。
研究方法:本文通过专家访谈法和文献资料查阅法对该课题进行探究。46779
研究结论:本文试图从运动生理学、生物力学、运动训练学、运动损伤及防治等多个专业学科角度对青少年跳高运动员的训练方法及膝关节损伤的原因进行深入地探讨,并得出自己的结论。

Abstract
China youngth high jump athleties level is also rapidly improve. But injuries are athletes in china's high jump team worries. The good development of youth high jump athletes is an important factor which restricts the movement of high jump in china to improve the level of competitive. Training methods and only pay attention to the healthy growth of young athletes, for our country, can jump team continue to add fresh blood, in order to promote the chinese high jump forward steadily. For now in the stage of growth and development of young athletes, physical quality is poor, in the process of movement, easy damage. Especially the high jump athlete knee joint injury, once it is very difficult to recover.
This paper attempts to conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons from physiology, biomechanics, training, sports medicine and other multi-disciplinary perspective method of adolescent athletes in training and knee joint injury, and on this basis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
