摘 要:本文采用文献收集法,案例分析法,对中国篮球经纪业的运作现状的考察,同时在PEST行业环境分析的基础上,分析现阶段我国篮球经纪业存在有哪些问题。并通过分析国内篮球经纪的成功案例,总结经验并从中得到启示,得以从品牌战略、人才战略和营销战略的角度探讨我国篮球经纪业的发展战略,并对未来体育经纪在与篮球运动的有机结合中更好的发展提出意见和建议。本文希望通过合情合理的分析,找出我国篮球经纪发展的不足,然后提出问题、分析问题以及对未来篮球经纪业发展前景展望,从而使体育经纪能够在我国篮球行业发展中发挥更加重要的作用,使得篮球经纪业的运作逐渐完善,能将商业与篮球运动更加有机的结合起来,以便挖掘出巨大的经济价值,同时运动员也能获得更大的商业价值。56520
