    摘要:成核剂作为一种重要的助剂,对材料机械性能有着显著的改变。本论文通过拉伸性能,三点弯曲性能,冲击性能等研究了PNA012对玻纤增强尼龙6力学性能的影响。我们借助XRD、DSC分析研究了PNA012对玻纤增强尼龙6结晶性能的影响。加入PNA012后,玻纤PA6的拉伸强度下降,当PNA012含量为0.7wt%时,拉伸强度由116.75MPa降到108.16Mpa,与玻纤增强尼龙6相比,下降幅度为7.36%。加入PNA012之后,玻纤PA6的断裂伸长率下降,当PNA012含量为0.5wt%时,断裂伸长率由4.71%下降到3.94%,下降幅度为0.77%。加入PNA012之后,玻纤PA6的冲击强度由8.86MPa下降到7.15MPa。玻纤PA6的弯曲模量随PNA012含量的增多而增强,弯曲模量由7441.18MPa上升到8011.22MPa。加入PNA012之后,玻纤PA6的热变形温度下降,热变形温度由189.17℃到181.40℃。通过XRD对比,发现未加入PNA012之前,玻纤PA6中α相占主导地位,加入PNA012之后,γ相占主导地位,当PNA012含量为0.5wt%时,γ相占98.30%。DSC结果显示,成核剂的加入使得结晶度增大,在成核剂含量0.7wt%的时候,达到最大值20.74%。5536

    Effect of Nucleating Agent on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6
    Abstract: As a kind of important additives, nucleating agent has a significant change on material mechanical properties. Based on the tensile properties,Three-point bend performance, and impact properties etc, the thesis studied on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6.We analyze the crystallization properties of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 affected of PNA012 by means of XRD, DSC. After adding PNA012,We find that the tensile strength of the glass fiber PA6 declines, when the content of PNA012 is 0.7 wt %,the tensile strength down from 116.75 MPa to 108.16 MPa, compared with glass fiber reinforced nylon 6, the descend range is 7.36%.After adding PNA012,glass fiber PA6 elongation at break declines, when the content of PNA012 is 0.5 wt %,elongation at break down from 4.71% to 3.94%,the descend range is 0.77%.After adding PNA012, the impact strength of glass fiber PA6 drops from 8.86 MPa to 7.15 MPa, Glass fiber bending modulus of PA6 enhanced along with the increase of the content of PNA012, rises from 7441.18 MPa to 8011.22 MPa. After joining PNA012, thermal deformation temperature of glass fiber PA6 drops from 189.17℃ to 181.40℃.By comparing the data of XRD, we find α phase is dominant in glass fiber PA6 without PNA012, after joining PNA012, γ phase dominate. When the content of PNA012 is 0.5 wt %, γ phase accounts for 98.30%.DSC results show that the adding of nucleating agent makes the crystallinity increase, when the content of nucleating agent is 0.7 wt %, the maximum rise to 20.74%.
