    摘要:本次我所参与的 设计是华悦宾馆空调系统设计,根据华悦宾馆空调系统为主体和依据,通过实际情况,依照所学基础理论和专业知识,结合实际工程,根据所给建筑图纸,按照工程设计规范、标准、技术措施、设计图集和有关参考资料,独立完成所要求的 空调系统设计计算和图纸绘制等内容。结合工程各方面因素,对该项目综合宾馆大楼商场、办公区域的 空调系统进行设计。空调末端系统采用风机盘管加新风形式。目前,风机盘管加新风系统应用广泛,其主要工作原理就是,借助风机盘管机组不断循环房间内的 空气。同时,通过新风机组处理过后的 空气,经由独立的 新风管道将新风分别送入不同房间。36027
    本建筑物为地上十层的 旅馆建筑,地上建筑面积为12041.4m2,占地面积2317.55 m2,层高3m,空调建筑面积6647.08m2。结合市政条件和建筑结构的 实际情况,对本宾馆建筑进行空调设计。本次设计综合考虑了建筑各种不同功能分区及房间用途,室内生活和工作环境的 舒适性、设备控制的 经济性等原因,设计本建筑空调设计采用风机盘管加新风系统,新风通通过独立的 新风管送入房间。以给予不相同功能的房间的使用和不同时间段内建筑物人员活动情况的 不同要求,方便控制、灵活布置。
    该空调建筑空调设计中,首先要确定的是冷热负荷的 计算,然后再设计实施空调系统的方案和对末端装置设备进行选型。并进行平面风管布置,风管水力计算后布置水管和风管,并选择其管径,完成施工图的 绘制。
    负荷计算时,受太阳和气候的 影响以及灯、办公设备、机房设备、人体所散发的 热量等因素影响下,设计建筑冷负荷。建筑照明负荷和电器设备负荷对建筑冷负荷的 影响,要根据数量和不同类型进行评估。本建筑为宾馆公共建筑,为全年24小时运作,要记入负荷考虑因素里。

    Abstract: This design is HuaYue hotel in which I am air conditioning system design, according to the HuaYue hotel air-conditioning system as the main body and the basis, through the actual situation, in accordance with the basic theory and professional knowledge, combined with practical engineering, according to the construction drawings, given according to the engineering design specifications, standards, technical measures, design atlas and related resources, achieve the required air conditioning system design calculation and drawing, etc.Combining the engineering factors, the shopping centers, office area of the project comprehensive hotel building air conditioning system design.
