    摘要与传统沥青路面相比,排水沥青因孔隙率较大而具有良好的排水性能,但较大的孔隙率也使其容易产生松散、坑槽等病害。国内外研究表明,使用环氧改性沥青搭配开级配集料制得的混合料在提供排水功能的同时,还具有良好的路用性能,是一种值得推广的新型沥青混合料,但目前在排水性环氧沥青混合料配合比设计及性能方面的研究成果仍较少。

    本文在分析国内外多种排水路面混合料设计方法的基础上,确定了以飞散损失和析漏值控制为目标的排水性环氧沥青混合料设计方法。首先进行原材料试验,主要包括集料试验和沥青试验,检测的范围涵盖集料和沥青使用需要的主要指标。然后,对集料和矿粉进行级配设计,同时设计混合料的最佳油石比。最后通过渗水试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、SCB试验和动态模量试验等对排水性环氧沥青混合料性能进行检验。研究结果表明,环氧沥青具有较高的拉伸强度和延伸率,但低温性能相对不足;在环氧沥青中添加改性沥青能够改善其低温性能,并增大粘度;排水沥青混合料具有很好的渗水性能;混合料最佳油石比为5.0%;OGFC级配混合料相对于EPA级配具有更高的动稳定度、抗拉强度和抗裂性能;环氧沥青能够提高排水性沥青混合料的动态模量,具有更好的结构性能。43114

    Title  Mix design and performance study of permeable epoxy  asphalt mixture                                     

    Abstract

    Compared with the traditional asphalt pavement, the asphalt pavement has good drainage performance because of the larger porosity, but the larger porosity also makes it easy to loose, pit and get some other diseases. Domestic and foreign research has shown that, with the use of epoxy-modified asphalt open graded aggregate mix prepared to provide drainage function also has good road performance, it is a worthy new asphalt. But at present, there are few research achievements in the mix proportion design and performance of the porous epoxy asphalt mixture.                                                                                                      Based on the analysis of a variety of domestic and foreign Drainage Pavement Mixture Design Method, the method of the drainage of epoxy asphalt mixture design target to control the scattering loss and leakage was determined. First of all, the raw material test, mainly including aggregate test and asphalt test, was carried out. The scope of the test covers the main indicators of aggregate and asphalt use. Then, design the aggregate and mineral gradation, as well as mixture optimum asphalt aggregate ratio. Finally, the performance of the asphalt mixture was tested through the seepage test, rutting test, low temperature bending test, SCB test and dynamic modulus test. The results show that the epoxy asphalt has high tensile strength and elongation, but the low temperature performance is relatively low; The low temperature performance of modified asphalt can be improved by adding the modified asphalt, and the viscosity of the modified asphalt can be increased at the same time; Drainage asphalt mixture has good permeability; the optimum asphalt mixture ratio is 5.0%; Compared to EPA gradation, OGFC gradation mixture have better dynamic stability, tensile strength and crack resistance; Epoxy asphalt can improve the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, so the mixture could has better Structure property.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Keywords  Permeable asphalt mixture   epoxy resin   Modified asphalt Mix design   performance study
