预应力混凝土连续梁桥以结构受力性能好、变形小、伸缩缝少、行车平顺舒适、造型简洁美观、养护工程量小、抗震能力强等而成为最富有竞争力的主要桥型之一。不仅在桥梁工程中得到广泛的应用,而且在桥梁工程专业课程教学中也作为应重点掌握的基本桥型。随着预应力技术的发展和不断完善,尤其是悬臂、顶推等先进施工方法的出现,更使预应力混凝土连续梁桥如虎添翼而活跃在整个桥梁工程领域,无论是城市桥梁、高架道路、山区高架栈桥,还是跨越江河湖滨的大桥,预应力混凝土连续梁桥都以它独特的魅力,而取代其他桥型为优胜方案。另外,从国内外已建成的刚巧、钢筋混凝土以及预应力混凝土连续梁桥的修建总数来看,预应力混凝土连续桥已远远超过半数,充分表现出预应力混凝土连续梁桥的强大生命力。
综上所述,预应力混凝土桥梁所以在近30年来具有强大的竞争能力,主要的因素有:
1.预应力混凝土充分发挥高桥材料的特性,具有可靠地强度、刚度以及抗裂性能。结构在车辆运营中噪音小,文修工作量小。
2.预应力混凝土桥梁的施工方法已达到相当先进的水平,现代化技术的应用已使它的施工周期大大缩短,显示出巨大经济效益。
3.预应力混凝土桥梁适用于各种结构体系,而且还在不断创造出体现预应力技术特点的新型结构体系,因而它的适用范围大,竞争力强。
4.预应力混凝土桥梁可充分利用材料可塑性的特点,在建筑上有丰富多彩的表现潜力,更易达到与周围环境相协调的简洁而美观的形式,实现经济性和美观的统一。
此桥采取主孔跨径120m的三跨变截面连续梁桥,对于箱形截面梁,边跨与中间跨的跨径比值为(0.5~0.7):1,结合悬臂施工的要求,取边跨跨径65.5m。上部结构采取箱形截面,前面已经确定边跨与中跨的跨径,则对于两幅独立的桥跨结构,每单幅桥采用单箱单室的箱形截面梁。对于曲线形变高度连续梁桥,支点梁高取用H=7.5m,中跨的跨中梁高取用h=3m,梁底曲线:从与截面内力的配合和美观方面来看,选用二次抛物线梁底曲线。桥面铺装:选用70mm厚的钢筋混凝土作为铺装层,1mm防水层,上加90mm的沥青混凝土磨耗层,共计161mm厚。主桥主墩基础采用24根φ=1000的钻孔灌注桩;承台厚度取2m,主桥桥墩采用双柱式墩身。
全桥被对称的划分为80个单元,利用电算程序计算恒活载以及各施工阶段内力。然后对内力进行组合,计算后对全桥进行预应力束的配置,经验算可以满足规范要求。
施工方法采用满堂支架。7266
