    摘要随着我国建筑业的蓬勃发展,工程的规模不断扩大,结构的形式也日趋复杂,大体积混凝土的应用变得越来越广泛和重要。与普通混凝土相比,大体积混凝土除了体积大之外,其本质区别在于由于混凝土的水泥水化热不易散发,在外界环境或混凝土内力约束下,极易产生温度收缩裂缝。52003

    大体积混凝土裂缝问题在工程建设中普遍存在,成为了工程技术人员所面对的难题。大量的试验及实践表明,外荷载对大体积混凝土裂缝的形成影响不大,主要原因是水泥的水化产生的水化热导致的温度变化以及混凝土收缩所产生的温度应力。

    本文将重点研究大体积混凝土的温度裂缝,从温度应力和混凝土的性质方面出发,引出裂缝产生的主要原因:水泥的水化热、混凝土的收缩和外界气温变化的影响,从而进一步地探求大体积混凝土裂缝控制的措施。

    本文最后将结合工程案例,分析工程概况,从材料选择、浇筑方法以及保温养护等方面提出详细的裂缝控制技术措施。

    ABSTRACT

    With the vigorous development of China's construction industry, expanding the scale of the project, the structure forms are becoming increasingly complex, mass concrete applications become increasingly widespread and important. Different from the ordinary concrete, mass concrete thick volume, while its essence lies in the hydration of cement in concrete generate a lot of heat due to internal heat loss is slower than the external heat loss, resulting in a temperature difference between inside and outside, resulting in a temperature stress-induced cracking in concrete, causing cracks.

    Mass concrete crack problems are prevalent in the construction, it becomes a difficult problem that engineers and technicians must face. Large number of experiments and practice shows that the external load on the formation of cracks in mass concrete has little effect, mainly due to the hydration of cement hydration heat generated due to temperature changes and the resulting shrinkage of concrete temperature stress.

    This article will focus on mass concrete temperature cracking, thermal stress and concrete from the nature of the departure, leads to cracks main reasons﹕ heat of hydration of cement, concrete shrinkage and the outside temperature changes, thus further explore the large volume concrete crack control measures.

    This article will combine engineering cases, analysis of project overview, from material selection, casting method, and heat conservation and other aspects of detailed technical measures to crack control.
