    2 The general situation of the engineering
    The project is located in Shanghai, three floors, ground floor, with a total construction area of 2767m2, floor area of 2075m2, ground floor area of  692m2, total building height of 13.56m. The basement are storage rooms , without design air conditioning system . Three floors, the first floor for office management center, with the height of 3.6m . Two to three for the staff quarters, the layout basically the same, with the height is 3.3m . The office cooling source takes the heat pumps with air-cooled chiller, and water system chooses the two dual controls, the same distance, closed system, and the wind system selectes a unified air fan coil system. The stairwell takes roof ventilation and The rooftop has two air conditioning rooms .
    3 The basic of Design
    3.1 Design task request and the original information
    According to the Building nature, purpose and requirements of the construction unit of A Shanghai management center office building air conditioning engineering design are as follows:
    ⑴    load calculation
    ⑵air-conditioning system design wind: based on the actual situation of choice for the construction of the system
    (3) the calculation of air-conditioning Selection: including the choice of fan coil, air conditioning units and air units of the new calculation Selection
    (4)air conditioning water systems and wind systems design and calculation: including water piping system design, fan coil units and air-conditioning layout
    4 The main design work

    6 Air conditioning water system
    As the building's air conditioning system using water-pressure gas tank closure expansion tank means constant pressure. The system pipeline simple process takes the same distance that supply and return water pipe in the same direction as the flow of water through a loop of each pipe length equally, using this method to make water allocation, easy to adjust, easy to water balance.
