摘要随着经济的快速发展和科学技术的进步,越来越多的工业企业建造现代化的钢筋混凝土框架结构的厂房来满足生产的需要,并且其规模、数量以及复杂程度呈现不断增加的趋势。
本设计研究的内容是上海某生物制药公司2#厂房。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,主体结构为六层,主楼标高30.3m,总建筑面积11583m2。在设计中楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。框架结构是多高层建筑常常采用的一种结构体系,多适用于办公楼、教室、商场、住宅等房屋建筑。58185
本设计说明书包括建筑设计,结构设计两部分。建筑设计包含两个方面的内容,对建筑空间的研究及对构成建筑空间的建筑物实体的研究。主要程序一般分为方案阶段、初步设计阶段和施工图设计阶段。
结构设计内容包含结构计算和绘制结构施工图两个方面。结构计算需要完成框架结构设计、基础设计和楼梯设计。同时,采用PKPM结构设计软件进行电算,将手算和电算结果进行对比分析。利用PKPM和AutoCAD软件进行结构施工图绘制。

Abstract With the rapid economic development and scientific and technological progress, more and more industrial enterprises build workshop of modern reinforced concrete frame structure to meet the production needs and its size, the number and complexity of the presented increasing trend.
The content of the design of the study is Shanghai, a biopharmaceutical company 2# plant. With reinforced concrete frame structure, main structure for six layer, building elevation is28.3m, with a total construction area of 9500m2. building in the design, roof using cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. Frame structure is the high-rise building is often used in a structural system, more suitable for the office, classroom, shopping malls, residential housing construction.
The design specification, including architectural design, structural design of two parts. Architectural design includes two aspects of content, research of architectural space and physical of buildings to constitute the architectural space research. Main program generally for the phase of the program, preliminary design and construction drawing design stages.
Of the contents of the structural design includes structure calculation and drawing construction drawing of two aspects. Structure calculation is needed to complete the design of frame structure, foundation design and the design of the stairs. At the same time, the PKPM structure design software to calculate the electricity, the hand and computer calculation results were compared and analyzed using PKPM and AutoCAD software structure construction drawing.
