摘要水泥土是按一定水灰比的水泥浆与土体均匀搅拌,使水泥与土发生物理,化学作用,生成整体的、坚硬的、水稳定性的生成物。 20 世纪 80 年代以来,水泥土的应用在我国得到广泛的推广。采用水泥土及其相关的地基处理方法加固的土质多为淤泥、淤泥质土、地基承载力不大于 120kP的粘性土和粉土。本次试验,我们首先收集了相关资料,对水泥土的基本性质以及硬化原理进行详细的分析,为试验奠定理论基础。 以往对于水泥土的研究多是按照水泥土配合比设计规程(JGJT 233-2011)采用干土进行室内试验研究,而水泥土的现场施工都是湿土直接进行,二者之间必然会有一定的区别。为了更好的为工程提供参考数据,对于同一种土体,本次试验分别用干土和湿土制备试块进行分析研究,包括单轴无侧限抗压强度等试验,建立含水率-比重之间的关系;并提出新的控制参数,建立比重-抗压强度之间的关系,利用比重直接控制不同强度水泥土的制备;另外,本实验提出新的直接采用湿土进行试验用大规模水泥土的制备方法,为水泥土的工程应用与推广积累了参考资料。 61112

Title Analysis and Study on Dry Method and Wet Method to Make Coment Soil
Abstract Cement soil is an integral, calculous and water-stability material, which is produced by the physical-chemistry, reaction between cement and soil, through stirring them.Since the nineteen eighties, The application of soil cement is largely extended in China. It and its relative methods of foundation treatment are usually used on mud, bottom clay, clayey soil and silty soil with bearing, capacity under 120kPa.Before our experiment, we collected the relevant data, analysed the basic properties and hardening theory of soil cement in detail, laying the theoretical foundation for the experiment. Previous researches on cement soil mostly obey the Specification for mix proportion design of cement soil (JGJT 233-2011) ,they use dry soil for experients. However, in site operation, we use the wet soil directly. There must be some differences between them. In order to provide reference data for engineering, for the same kind of soil, we make briquettes with dry soil and wet soil respectively, then test their unconfined compressive strength and other data, establish the relationship between the rate of water content and its specific gravity. We present a new controlling parameter, found the relationship between the specific gravity and their compression strength. Then, we make cement soil briquettes of different compression strength through controlling their specific gravity directly. By the way, we use the wet soil directly to make a great deal of cement soil for experient, accumulate reference material for the application and extension of soil cement.
