设计总说明本次设计为华贸中心-B区空调系统设计及空调立管水系统方案的研究,华贸中心是一栋共层的多功能的摩天大楼,而我参与的设计包括45层建筑面积约为1052㎡办公室空调设计与空调立管水系统。61756
根据办公室的功能形式,我选用的是中央空调方式为风机盘管加新风系统,并将新风与风机盘管连接。风系统方面,新风机组从新风井引入新风进行等焓处理,并画出该种连接方式的焓湿图,进行设备选型。风机盘管的特点就是控制方式特别活络,可以独立地调节温湿度,各空调房间互造成影响,不干扰。水系统采用一次泵、双管制系统;为满足整栋大楼需求,并保证在运行过程中的节能性。45层办公室的水系统采用竖直同程的方式,因为每层有足够的位置设置立管,而且楼上楼下都为办公室,功能相同,同时同程式系统中系统的水力稳定性好,各设备间的水量分配均衡。
超高层建筑本身具备很多自然特性,对建筑设计造成较大影响:①负荷计算方面:随着建筑高度升高,大气透明度、太阳辐射强度亦增大,室外风速随着建筑高度递增,围护结构外表面放热系数加大;②随着建筑高度增加,空调水路系统设备及管件承压要求提高,须经过梯级板换方式把冷热水送至最高层;③性能化设计方面:随着建筑高度升高、层数增加导致疏散困难,对防排烟措施要求高,且建筑本身由于热压造成的烟囱作用较大,对空调通风、换气、排烟效果有影响。

According to the function form of the office, I choose is the central air conditioning mode for fan-coil unit plus fresh air system, and connect the fresh air and fan coil units.The wind system, fresh air units from the fresh air well into fresh air enthalpy, such as processing, and draw the connection mode of the enthalpy wet figure, equipment type selection.The characteristics of the fan coil is special active control mode, can independently adjust temperature and humidity, the mutual impact of air conditioning room, don't interference.Water system USES a pump, double control system;To meet the demand of the whole building, and to ensure that in the process of operation and energy saving.45 layer office water system with the method of vertical with routine, because there are enough location on each floor set riser, upstairs and downstairs to the office, function is the same, the hydraulic stability of the program in the system at the same time the system is good, the balance of water amount allocation between different devices.
