摘要20世纪90年代以来,全球竞争环境巨大变化和IT技术飞速进步,企业管理进入具有战略意义的供应链管理体系时代,现代物流一体化程度不断提高,促使第三方物流迅猛发展。中国第三方物流企业正处于起步阶段,入世WTO之后,带动中国第三方物流市场呈明显增长趋势,预测物流总量增幅将在未来几年内超过10%,到2010年,物流市场容量将发展到11972亿元。
中远物流是国有大型物流企业发展起来的中国最大的中外合资第三方物流企业,研究其经营战略对于中国整个物流产业的把握具有重要意义。面对目前航运市场的深度下跌,第三方物流市场成为中远物流拓展利润的新源头。27700

Abstract Since the 1990s,with the great change in the global competition environment and rapid progress in IT technology,business management enter into the supply chain management system with strategic significance,and the continuous improvement of modern logistics integration facilitates the rapid development of third—party logistics.The third—party logistics companies in China are at the initial stage,after China’S entry into WTO,obviously drives the growth of China's third—party logistics market,and the forecast increase in the total logistics will be more than 10% in the next few years,and the logistics market capacity will be developed to 1.1972 trillion yuan.
COSCO Logistics develop from large state—owned logistics enterprises and it is the largest Sino—foreign joint venture third-party logistics enterprise.To study its business strategy is of great significance to our country on the grasp of the whole logistics industry.Faced with the deep decline of the shipping market.the mird-party logistics market has become the new source of increasing profits in the COSCO Logistics company.
Based on ail abundance of related researches at home and abroad,combining the advanced supply chain management philosophy with the programming and principles of logistics engineering &systems,applying strategic management knowledge,from the global and long—term perspective,this paper aims at discussing about business strategy and questions of COSCO Logistics in the sharp competitive environment of the third-party logistics in our country, including fostering its core competence, enhancing its market competitive superiority and maintaining its market leadership.
This paper consists of six chapters,Chapter I introduces the background of selecting the topic,the purpose and significance,the research content and the train of thought,the general introduction of COSCO Logistics Company;Chapter II expounds the knowledge of the logistics industry and strategic management theory;Chapters HI&IV analyze on the internal and external environment of COSCO Logistics;Chapters V&VI point out the selection and establishment of COSCO Logistics Business Strategy,as well as its implementation and evaluation.
