摘要当前，随着我国经济成分、生活方式、社会组织情况和就业情况的日趋不同化，大量退休人员、下岗人员和社会活动人员进入社区，社区居民大众物品资金、文体、日常需要日趋体现出多样化、多阶级变化趋向，经济的成长以及广大居民的各种各样的需要给社区服务提出了更高的要求。加强社区公共服务工作有利于扩大就业、办理社会各种问题、化解社会各类矛盾、促进社会和谐发展；不断满足群众需要、提高居民生活水平质量、增进社会全方面的发展。30796

随着社会的成长，我国社区公共服务在社会成长与不变中发挥了愈来愈重要的作用，人们对社区愈来愈依靠，社区服务质量越来越高，但社区公共服务的提供方面还存在许多问题待我们去解决。 所以希望政府更好地做出社区工作，提高服务质量水平。本文主要探讨一下德勒社区发展的状况以及社区发展中存在的一些问题，并且提出一些可行性的建议，最大限度地为居民提供良好的公共服务。

Title: Community service
Abstract： At present, with China's economic composition, life style, social organization and employment form persification, more and more "units" to "social man", a large number of retirees, laid-off workers and migrant workers into the community, the community residents of the material, culture, life demand is becoming more and more perse, more the level of trend, many aspects of economic and social development and the needs of the masses of residents put forward new and higher requirements for community public service. To strengthen and improve the community public service work is conducive to the expansion of employment, to solve social problems, resolve social conflicts, promote social harmony; to continuously meet the residents' demand, improve people's quality of life, promote the all-round development of people.
With the development of society, the public service of community in China has played an increasingly important role in the development and stability of society, people more and more dependent on the community, the community service quality requirements are increasingly high, but the community public service supply, there are still many problems to be solved. It is urgent for the government to further improve the community service work, improve the quality of community service. This article mainly discusses the problems of his community development status and community development, and put forward some feasible suggestions, to maximize the provision of public services for residents.
