摘要随着经济不断发展,生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境,居住舒适度的要求也越来越高。房地产业目前已经成为我国重要的支柱型产业,资源节约型,环境友好型的房地产业是我国未来房地产的发展趋势。本文主要介绍了绿色房地产产生的背景,绿色房地产的内涵、特点。绿色房地产发展存在的问题及解决方案。真正的绿色房地产不一定和高智能高科技有关,其本质是用最简单的方式、最小的代价,换取适宜的生活环境。绿色房地产的发展空间会越来越大,推动企业经营向人居环境生态化发展。绿色房地产设计的前提是生态环境达标、绿色指标达标。只有适应地方生态建筑才是真正的绿色房地产,他的优点是节地、节水、节能、改善生态环境、减少环境污染、延长建筑物寿命,达到无废无污、高效和谐、开放式闭合式的要求。为了创造一个良好舒适的生活环境,我们要做到在以人为本的基础上,寻求人、自然、建筑的协调发展,还要以可持续发展为指导思想。32374
