    摘要:随着社会的变迁和经济的发展,女性不再局限于以往“贤妻良母”的社会角色,而是踏入社会,接触不同行业的人或工作,期望在工作中实现自我价值,获得成就感。越来越多的女性在经济上获得了独立,社会地位也逐渐提高。但是家庭和职场之间频繁的身份转化,导致一些女性特别是已婚育的白领女性在扮演工作-家庭双重角色时出现了矛盾和冲突,不断影响她们的工作、家庭和身心健康,现已成为困扰已婚育白领女性的难题。本文主要通过文献、访谈、案例分析等方法,研究已婚育白领女性角色冲突及其后果、分析角色冲突产生的原因。此外,本文从社会工作角度为已婚育白领女性提出了角色冲突的调适方法,培养支持性的社会环境、找准自己的角色定位、树立正确的价值观、学会自我缓解压力、提高角色能力和角色素质,从而平衡已婚育白领女性工作与家庭之间的关系,缓解已婚育白领女性的压力。36084

    Imbalance between career and family:
    Have baby white-collar female role conflict and adaptation
    Abstract: With the change of society and economy development, women are no longer confined to the previous social role of "wife" but step into society, contact with people from different backgrounds or work, expect to achieve self worth in the work, get a sense of achievement. A growing number of women gained its independence in terms of economy, social status also gradually improve. But the identity of the frequent conversion between family and career, that cause some women to especially has examination of white-collar women in the work - family dual role when the contradictions and conflicts, affect their work, family, and physical and mental health, has become a problem in have baby white-collar female. This paper mainly through the methods of literature, interview, case analysis, research has baby white-collar female role conflict and its consequences, and to analyze the causes of role conflict. In addition, this article from the perspective of social work for the examination white-collar female role conflict of the adjust
    stment method is proposed to develop supportive social environment, find their own role localization, set up the correct values, learn to relieve pressure, improve the quality of the ability and the role, so as to balance has been the relationship between examination white-collar women work and family, relieve the pressure on already baby white-collar female.
