摘要随着经济的快速发展,我国的产业结构逐步调整升级,高兴技术产业的兴起淘汰了一批中年劳动者。社会上把这批女40岁以上,男50岁以上的,因自身就业条件较差、技能单一等原因,难以在劳动力市场竞争就业的中年劳动者,称之为“4050”人员。本文首先通过文献法、问卷法采集可进行研究的资料,得出“4050”人员的最主要特点是:1.文化程度低自身技能不足;2.就业信息匮乏;3再就业过程中信心不足;4.社会政策不完善。综上所述笔者从社会工作角度出发,通过小组工作、个案工作和社区工作社会这三类社会工作基本方法和社会政策的角度分析社会工作介入“4050”人员的再就业的优势,利用社会工作的优势视角理论和增权理论深入讨论社会工作方法对于解决“4050”人员再就业问题的可行性分析。最后本文对解决“4050”人员再就业问题提出对策:1.运用小组工作和个案工作解决“4050”人员信心不足和技能单一;2.从社区工作出发,充分发挥社区链接的资源作用;3.从社会政策出发,完善相关再就业政策。41935

Research on the problem of social work involvement in 4050 personnel re employment——In Yunlong district of XuZhou city,Minfuyuan case
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, the industrial structure of our country has been gradually adjusted and upgraded, and the rise of the technology industry has eliminated a number of middle-aged workers. Society to these women over 40 years of age, men over 50 years of age, because of their poor employment conditions, single skills and other reasons, it is difficult to compete in the labor market, employment of middle-aged workers, known as the "4050". Firstly, through literature method, questionnaire method to collect research data, it is concluded that the main characteristics of "4050" is: 1. Low educational level of their skills; 2. The employment of a lack of information; 3 re employment less confidence in the process; 4. Social policy imperfect. To sum up, the author from the perspective of social work, through the angle of the social basic methods of group work, case work and community social work and social policy analysis of social work intervention "4050" re employment advantage, use the advantage of social work angle of view theory in-depth discussion of feasibility analysis of social work methods in solving the problem of "4050" again obtain employment problem. At the end of this paper, to solve the "4050" re employment problem and puts forward some countermeasures: 1. Use of group work and case work to solve the "4050" lack of confidence and skills single; 2. From the community work of, give full play to the role of link community resources; 3. From the view of social policy, improve the relevant policies of re employment.
