摘要:在现代化的企业中员工与一般的劳动型员工不同,员工有着更多的职业追求和自我价值实现.因此,如何做好员工激励工作一直是我国各中小企业所探求的重要课题。在员工的薪酬激励中,主要存在薪酬激励对象偏向于精英人才、薪酬激励局限于个别部门、缺乏合理的考核机制、薪酬激励过度、负面的薪酬激励等方面问题,针对我国中小企业员工的薪酬激励提出了薪酬激励不能局限于精英员工、薪酬激励扩大到各部门中、适度把握薪酬激励、负面薪酬激励机制应适量等策略建议。42127
