摘要本文研究飞机脉动式生产线仿真模型的可信度评估体系构建及其可信度计算实现。随着“中国制造2025”纲要的颁布,先进制造方式、思想逐步受到企业的广泛重视。计算机技术的发展促进了制造信息化先行验证的作用,如何来评判仿真系统模型的可信度、可用性,成为了仿真领域的一个难点,仿真可信度代表着未来仿真模型对于原型系统的替代依据,先验性与科学性一定是构建仿真评估体系的关键。对此,本文提出了面向制造系统制造要素的可信度分析,通过围绕制造系统“人机料法环”的组成结构分析,针对DELMIA仿真环境下飞机装配线的复杂特点,分模块进行相似性分析,依据仿真相似性原理,选取其中科学性、全面性、层次性指标,构建仿真可信度评估体系。进行了实例验证证明评估体系的科学有效性,验证了评估体系具有评估仿真实用价值。42918

Title Credibility Evaluation for Complex Manufacturing Simulation System
Abstract
How to build the credibility evaluation system for the pulse assembly line of aircraft and achieve the calculation is the major task we study in this paper. With the “Made in China 2025”plan is promulgated, many businesses pay attention to advanced manufacturing technology. The simulation on aircraft manufacturing area is exactly one branch of advanced manufacturing technology, simulation system and computer science have promoted that manufacturing informatization is the first step in validation. Although this technology is mature, it still be a hard field on how to evaluate the credibility of system simulation. The credibility of system simulation represents the evidence to substitution effect of prototype system to simulation system, scientificalness and completeness are the basis of evaluation system. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposed a method of manufacturing elements analysis. To the feature that aircraft manufacturing system is complex and enormous, building the evaluation system with scientific, comprehensive index. At last, we proved that system is effective through example verification.
