摘要: 便利店,在中国上世纪90年中期兴起的新型服务行业,现如今在中国飞快的发展着。区别于传统的粮油店、菜店,便利店多在大中城市兴起,且作为行业的大牌:全家,7-11,罗森等都不约而同的雇佣年轻人尤其是大学生作为员工。然而,员工的不断流失、管理制度的低效率却也成了制约便利店在中国发展的阻碍。因此,我在本文从马斯洛需求层次理论、心理契约等观点进行考证,以社会支持网络、优势视角等方面考虑如何加强大学生的心理认同,加强大学生与便利店的归属感为题。并做出了一系列的措施用以加强便利店员工关系的稳定性及合理加强公司制度管理43673

Abstract: Convenience store, the rise in China in the last century the mid - 90 - a new type of service industry, nowadays the rapid development in China.
