摘要随着网络技术的迅猛发展,各种购物平台和社交媒体的出现,电子商务逐渐成为许多企业必然的选择,然而跨境电子商务这股“热风”的进入,加之各种利好的政策的出现,使得许多传统外贸企业转型为跨境电商企业。据统计2013年全球跨境电子商务交易额为1050亿美元,中国跨境电商交易额保持着30%的增长速度,传统贸易增长率仍然在10%左右。我国跨境电商平台已经超过5000家,企业超过20万家。与此同时,跨境电商人才需求出现了井喷,尤其对复合型人才的需求一直处于“供不应求”状态。对于整个电商行业,人才的培养和管理成为企业蓬勃发展的关键点,利用校企联合来培养跨境电商人才,通过政府支持,企业管理来引进和留住人才。47406

Abstract With the rapid development of network technology and the emergence of all kinds of shopping platform and social media ,E-commerce has gradually become the inevitable choice for many enterprises .However, the ‘hot wind’ of the cross-border E-commerce blowing-in, together with all kinds of good policy have introduced in this field, many traditional foreign trade enterprises transformation for the cross-border E-commerce enterprises. According to statistics, in 2013 the global cross-border e-commerce transactions is $105 billion, the Chinese cross-border E-commerce turnover growth rate maintained at 30%, and the traditional trade growth rate remained at around 10%. China's cross-border E-commerce platform has exceeded to 5000, enterprises outnumbered to 20 million. At the same time, the demand of the cross-border E-commerce talents appeared a blowout, especially the demand for interdisciplinary talents has been in a state of "demand exceeds supply". For the E-commerce industry, talents cultivation and management become the key of enterprises vigorous development. To cultivate the cross-border E-commerce talents by the supporting of enterprises and universities .To introduce and retain talents by the management of enterprises and by supporting of government.

一、引言
随着跨境电子商务各种利好政策的出现和环境的改善,该产业得到了高速的发展,然而跨境电子商务人才需求、诚信体系和物流配送却成为影响跨境电子商务发展三大瓶颈。根据中国海关总署统计,截止到2014年底,我国试点跨境电商出口总额超过30亿元,加之政策升温,我国跨境电子商务平台数量与日俱增,会有更多中小企业甚至碎片化的零售商涉足跨境电商。电子商务人才需求一直处于趋紧状态,而跨进电商作为人才进入“高门槛”的领域,其人才需求的缺口会越来越大。对于跨境电商人才的培养,各地都实行校企合作的方式,其周期比较长,无法及时应对跨境电商人才紧缺的现状,同时还出现严重跨境电商企业人才高流失率的现象。
