摘要如今,工业工程学科在中国得到了很大的发展,中国的制造企业也开始越来越重视与该学科相关的领域的应用。车间布局与物流作为其中重要的组成部分也逐渐成为企业的重点设计及改善的对象。制造业的布局与车间布置化不只是简单的指设备的摆放方式,需要综合考虑制造过程中各个相关方面,例如:加工过程中的物流、生产线的平衡等。47874
本文以江苏苏美达车轮有限公司作为研究对象,分析该企业厂区总体布局和车间布置设计中的不合理现象并进行改善,同时解决企业由于工序间生产能力不平衡所导致的物流不平衡的问题。针对以上问题,本文在对企业进行现场调研以及生产资料收集的基础上,对企业进行了产品-产量分析,并在对厂区总体布局以及铸造车间的布置设计进行研究分析后,结合对工厂总体生产流程以及各个车间的工艺过程进行的物流分析结果,采用系统布置设计的方法对厂区布局以及铸造车间布置设计提出了改善方案。为了实现该企业合理的物流,同时改善了该企业中制约生产能力的“瓶颈”车间,使企业获得更高的效益。

Title The workshop layout and logistics optimization of SUMEC
Abstract
Nowadays, industrial engineering has been greatly developed in China, and China's manufacturing enterprises have begun to pay more and more attention to the application in this field. The design and improvement of the workshop layout and logistics as a part of the industrial engineering is gradually becoming more and more important. The schedule of the manufacturing plant and the workshop layout is not only the placement of equipment but also considerations of various aspects of the manufacturing process, such as: logistics, line balance, etc.
This paper selects SUMEC Wheel Co., Ltd as the object of study to identify layout problems and improve both the plant and workshop layout. At the same time, this paper also solves the logistics imbalance problems which are caused by the imbalance of production capacity. Based on the field investigation and production data collection, an analysis of Product-Quantity is done and the layout of the whole plant and the casting workshop is been studied. Considering the analysis of the whole production process and the workshop material flow,relevant improvement schemes are put forward for the whole plant and the casting workshop based on the method of Systematic Layout Planning. Afterwards, in order to better organize the manufacturing logistics of the casting workshop, the "bottleneck" of the line production is eliminated.
