摘要如今,制造业飞速发展,新企业层出不穷,制造企业面临巨大的竞争压力。高质量、低成本、高效率是企业脱颖而出方法。随着工业4.0思想的普及,越来越多的企业试图进行转型,对原有生产线进行改造,以满足市场需求。
本文从工业工程角度出发,对SMD车轮有限公司喷涂车间生产线进行优化设计。
首先在对现有生产系统进行充分分析的基础上,用SLP方法优化车间布局,得到新的喷涂车间布局图。用方法研究优化生产线节拍,合理设计生产线,提高生产效率。其次,为进一步优化生产线,本文也喷涂车间其他方面提出优化方案,包括自动化设备的设计、绿色生产、车间管理。47876

Title SUMEC spraying workshop production line optimization
Abstract
Today, with the rapid development of the manufacturing sector and emerging new businesses, manufacturing companies face enormous competitive pressures. High quality, low cost, high efficiency is the way to stand out. With the popularity of Industry 4.0, more and more companies are trying to transform the original production line to meet the market demand.
From the perspective of industrial engineering, this paper aims to provide optimization for SUMEC spraying workshop production line.
At first, based on the analysis of the existing production system, the layout of the workshop is optimized and the layout of the new spraying workshop by using the SLP method is proposed. With method study, the Line beat rate is optimized, rational production line is designed and production efficiency is improved. Secondly, in order to further optimize the production line, optimization programs of other aspects is also proposed, including the design of automation equipment, green production, and workshop management.
