摘要:为了了解高职毕业生就业压力与社会支持的关系,本文运用大学生就业压力问卷和社会支持量表(SSRS)对周口科技职业学院219名毕业生进行调查。结果,高职毕业生的就业压力处于中等水平(M=3.2337),不同性别的高职毕业生在就业压力与社会支持状况上均有显著性差异(t=2.922、p<0.05)、高职毕业生的社会支持在是否担任学生班干部上有显著性差异(t=-2.073、p<0.05)、高职毕业生的社会支持在是否是党员上有显著性差异(t=-2.419、p<0.05),不同经济条件的高职毕业生的客观支持分和对支持的利用度无统计学差异(p均>0.05),不同经济条件的高职毕业生的社会支持总分有统计学差异(p=0.022<0.05),就业压力总分与社会支持总分存在极显著的正相关(r=0.315)。48602

Research on the Relationship Between Employment Pressure and Social Support of Higher Vocational College Graduates
Abstract: In order to understand the higher vocational graduates of employment pressure and social support. This thesis uses college students’ employment pressure questionnaire and social support scale(SSRS)to investigate 219 graduates of Zhoukou science and technology Career Academy. The results: The employment pressure of higher vocational graduates is in the middle level(M=3.2337).There are obvious differences of higher vocational graduates’ gender in employment pressure and social support condition(t=2.922,p<0.05), The social support of higher vocational graduates on whether is a class leader has a significant difference(t=2.073,p<0.05).The social support of higher vocational graduates on whether are party members have significant difference(t=2.419,p<0.05). Different economic conditions for the objective of higher vocational graduates to support points and to support the use of no statistical difference(p>0.05). There are statistical differences in economic conditions about the social support score of higher vocational graduate (p=0.022<0.022). Employment pressure and subjective support are a highly significant positive correlation(r=0.315).
