    摘要近年来,随着越来越多的残疾学生进入高校学习的趋势发展,残疾人毕业大学生就业难问题也日益突出。本文以云南省Y市为调查范围,通过与8名残疾人毕业大学生和2名管理者的访谈,并结合相关文献,从学校、社会、家庭、自身四个层面分析残疾人毕业大学生就业现状及相应的对策研究。从调查的情况来看,导致残疾大学就业难的主要原因是学校专业设置与市场需求不对口、无法提供有利于该群体的学习设施,从而阻碍了残疾大学生技能培养。其次,社会歧视现象依旧很严重,为残疾人大学生在顺利社会就业构成阻碍。同时家人在这个过程中的错误态度和残疾大学生自身问题的相互作用,使得本就是社会弱势群体的残疾人毕业大学生就业难问题越来越严重。所以要改变这一现状,学校应当增加建设专业的残疾大学生群体生活、学习所需的无障碍设施,并根据残疾人学生自身情况和市场经济发展需求进行专业改革。也要积极采取措施改变社会对该群体的误解,改变歧视现象,并且加强就业援助。同时,家庭成员要积极配合,自身要在这个过程也要不断努力。只有学校、社会、家庭和自身共同配合,才能有效解决残疾人大学生就业难题。61995

    Disability University Graduates in Yunnan Y City Employment Current Situation and Countermeasures

    Abstract  In recent years, as more and more disabled students into the College learning, difficult employment of disabled university graduates have become increasingly prominent. Taking Y city in Yunnan province as the investigation scope, with eight disabled graduates and two managers interviews, and in combination with related literature, from the school, society, family, self-analysis four aspects analysis disabled college graduates employment situation and the corresponding countermeasures. From the survey, lead to disability employment at the university of school professional Settings and the market demand is the major reason for the mismatch, unable to provide for the community learning facilities, hampering skills training for the handicapped students. Secondly, social discrimination is still very serious, for disabled college students constitute impediment to successful social employment. Meanwhile wrong attitudes and interaction with disabilities Students family in the process of their own problems, so this is the socially vulnerable groups of university graduates with disabilities difficult problem is getting worse. So to change this situation, the school should increase the construction of professional college students with disabilities to live, learn the required accessibility and professional reform based on students with disabilities to their own conditions and market economic development needs. We should take active measures to change the misconceptions of social groups change discrimination, and strengthen employment assistance. Meanwhile, family members should actively cooperate to their own needs to continue efforts in this process. Only the school, society, family and their mutual cooperate, can effectively solve the problem of university students' employment for the disabled.
