随着电脑的普及，互联网成为人们生活的一部分，它在改变人们生活的同时也改变了人们的社会参与模式。本研究运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，从增权的视角出发，通过网络线上线下的问卷调查和结构访谈等形式对残疾青少年运用互联网的情况进行了研究。研究结果证实了互联网有助于残疾青少年自我发展、人际交往、社会参与。并使他们在交际、教育、就业等方面获得了增权，提高了社会参与度。本文同时也对研究结果和存在的不足进行了反思。66409

Title e-Empowerment of young adults with disabilities:
The positive impact of Internet
Abstract
Owing to the popularity of personal computers, internet has become an integral part of human’s life, which changes the modes of people's participation in the society and their life styles at the same time. From the perspective of empowerment theory, this paper makes a research among handicapped teenagers through online-to-offline questionnaires and structured interviews by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. It proves that internet can help young adults with disabilities in terms of self development, interpersonal communication as well as social participation. What's more, the internet also empowers them in social intercourse, education and employment, which can further enhance their social participation. Some existing problems and deficiency on this issue are also presented in this paper for solution.

1 引言
1.1 问题的提出
残疾人分为肢体残疾和智力残疾两种，由于残疾人身体和心理方面的缺陷。导致了他们“劣势积累效应”的产生。生理和心理上的困难对他们正常生活的阻碍也会扩大到教育层面。教育困难导致他们普遍受教育程度低，最后造成他们收入低、生活困难、生活压力大。作为残疾青少年还要面临着巨大的成长压力。
