摘要:二十世纪中叶随着计算机技术的发展,将快递行推入了前所未有的繁荣时代。随着互联网在生活中的普及,我国的经济在此环境下得到显著的发展,一些传统的行业也有了好的机遇和发展前景,使社会生产水平得到了质的提高。本文主要以申通快递物流服务为例,讲述了快递服务与网络技术相结合,从收件取件、验货填单、包装分拣、收件入库与出库、包裹发送、送件、 物流追寻、各部级监控和管理,并阐述了申通快递如何使用互联网技术提高快递行业的服务质量、竞争能力和品牌影响效率。48878
