摘要当前越来越多的企业把员工培训提高到战略高度,培训逐渐成为提高企业人力资本一项重要途径。员工培训在影响企业可持续发展道路上扮演着重要角色。
常州市南方卫生器材厂有限公司作为一家较大生产医用器材的民营企业,虽然已形成自身的员工培训体系,但是仍存在诸多问题,如员工参与性不强、重视度不够、培训风险管理工作缺失、培训师资队伍建设不合理等,需要根据现存问题分析原因,主要有员工方面、管理层方面、其他方面的原因,进而需要提高管理层对培训的重视度、建立学习型企业等,才能更好地完善公司培训体系。49468

The Research to Improve the Staff Training System of Changzhou Southern Health Equipment Factory Co., Ltd
Abstract Nowadays more and more companies try to put staff training to a strategic height, training is becoming an important way to improve human resources. Staff training plays an important role in affecting the sustainable development of the company.Changzhou Southern Health Equipment Factory Co., Ltd. as a private company of a larger production of medical equipment, has formed their own employee training system, but there are still many problems, such as employee participation is not strong ,employees attach less importance to training, the lack of training risk management , training team building unreasonable and so on.It is necessary to analyze the reasons for the existing problems. There are three main reasons, They are the aspects of employees, management, and others. We need to improve the importance of management training,and establish the learning company, in order to better to establish the corporate training system.
