摘要:随着全球城市化过程的不断加快,城市管理水平与城市建设速度相比相对落后,传统的管理手段和方式已不能满足现代城市管理的需求,城市管理技术也在不断创新和改善。网格化管理作为结合现代城市管理经验和信息技术的新型城市管理模式,具有高效的应用潜质和良好的推广前景。尤其是网格化管理带来的高效的应急处理模式,有效的提高保障公共安全和处置突发事件的能力,让政府能够履行职责,对构建和谐社会具有重要意义。7396
本论文以城市网格化管理的核心概念为出发点,对比不同城市网格化管理的实施现状,分析网格化管理中采用的关键技术,结合所学计算机知识对网格化管理技术遇到的困难进行思考。以及对网格化管理在城市突发公共事件的运用提出自己的具体对策。
