摘要:视频会议的出现和发展,逐渐改变了人类的社会活动方式,视频会议矩阵产品是整个视频会议系统的核心设备,整个视频会议系统周边设备围绕矩阵为中心。早期,各种专用矩阵产品如鱼得水。现在,新的替代品的出现,产业本身的技术瓶颈,为每个视频矩阵产品品牌公司的发展带来了巨大的挑战。如何在有限的市场里争取更多的客户,就是那些因素影响了消费者对视频矩阵产品品牌的选择呢?本文主要采取层次分析法,对300个调研对象进行了问卷调查,并对影响客户对视频矩阵产品进行产品选择时的四类因素进行了分析。研究结果发现,影响客户对视频矩阵产品进行选择的四个因素的相对重要程度依次为:产品需求、产品品质、市场竞争、产品品牌。其相对重要程度依次为 0.528、0.348、0.071、0.054。四类因素下占权重最大的子因素分别为顾客偏好、产品质量、竞争者实习和产品品牌知名度。所以本文根据研究结果,给出了四点提高客户购买选择的建议:利用每次拜访,准确把握客户需求;强化质量意识,全面提高产品质量;重视团队创建和管理创新,提高公司的竞争力;形成品牌特点,依靠有效的推广方式提高品牌知名度。50526

Integrated product selection based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-A case study of video conference matrix
Abstract:the emergence and development of video conference, gradually changed the way of human social activities, video conference matrix product is the core equipment of the video conference system, the video conference system peripherals surrounding matrix as the center. At the early stage, all kinds of special matrix products like a duck to water. Now, the emergence of new substitute industry itself, the technical bottleneck, for each video matrix product brand the company's development has brought the huge challenge. How to win more customers in the limited market, which factors affect the consumer's choice of brand of video matrix products? This paper mainly adopts the analytic hierarchy process, carries on the questionnaire survey to 300 research objects, and analyzes four kinds of factors which influence the customer to the video matrix product choice. The research results show that the relative importance of the four factors influencing the selection of video matrix products is: product requirements, product quality, market competition, product brand. Their important degree are 0.528, 0.348, 0.071, 0.054. Among the four categories of factors, the most important sub factors are customer preferences, product quality, competition practice and product brand awareness. So according to the research results, this paper gives the four recommendations: with each visit, accurately grasp customer needs; strengthen the sense of quality, and comprehensively improve the quality of products; emphasis on team building and management innovation, enhance the company's competitiveness; form a characteristic brand, relying on effective way of promotion increase brand awareness.
