    摘要随着精神文明的进步,思想文化教育越来越受国人的重视,高校大学生社团已成为大学生第二课堂的重要阵地,呈现出百花齐放的繁荣景象。但是在社团在人力资源管理方面仍存在不少问题,严重制约大学生社团作用的发挥,如何激励组织成员提高绩效一直是组织行为学和管理学研究的重点。本研究以我国农业大学社团的社团成员为研究样本,设计出适用于大学生社团的组织支持感和周边绩效的量表,收集到有效问卷156份。通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法检验了组织支持感对周边绩效存在着正相关关系,组织支持感的不同维度对周边绩效的不同维度也存在着正相关关系。同时,通过方差检验发现角色身份以及社团规模这两个因素都会对组织支持感和周边绩效呈现显著差异。本研究丰富了组织支持感理论和周边绩效理论的适用范围,也有利于加强社团对社团成员周边绩效的关注,营造良好的社团氛围。基于本次研究结果,笔者提出了对社团管理的建议,为高校社团成员工作积极性的提高、角色外行为的增加提供了管理的思路,进一步增加人力资源优势,建设好大学生社团。58181

    STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AND CONTEXTUAL PERFORMANCE

    ——WITH THE STUDENT ASSOCIATION OF OF NANJING UNIVERSITY FOR EXAMPLE

    ABSTRACT

    With the progress of spiritual civilization, the education of ideology and culture is more and more valued by the people of our country. The college students' association has become an important position in the second class of college students. However, there are still many problems in the management of human resources, which restrict the function of college students' association seriously. How to motivate the members to improve their performance has been the focus of organizational behavior and management research. In this study, we designed a scale of perceived organizational support and contextual performance for college students'associations in China, and collected 156 valid questionnaires. Through literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and analysis, the positive correlation between perceived organizational support and contextual performance was tested, the different dimensions of perceived organizational support have positive correlation with the different dimensions of contextual performance. At the same time, through the variance test, we found that role identity and the size of the community have significant differences on organizational support and contextual performance. This research enriches the scope of application of perceived organizational support theory and contextual performance theory, and also helps to strengthen the attention to contextual performance of community members and build a good social atmosphere. Based on the results of this study, the author puts forward some suggestions on the management of the association, which provides a management idea for the improvement of the enthusiasm of the members of the association in colleges and universities and the increase of their extra-role behaviors, so as to further increase the advantages of human resources, building a good college student association.
