摘要：为了分析地方性老年长期护理需求及影响因素，本文主要运用文献调查法分析各学 者的研究框架和问卷设计指标，由此设计出适用本研究的问卷，并运用问卷调查法收集江 西省某县老年人的长期护理需求数据，使用 SPSS18.0 进行 Logistic 回归分析，发现老年 人的年龄、收入、受教育程度、洗澡困难、上下楼梯困难、中风是影响长期护理需求意愿 非常重要的因素，且高龄、高收入老年人更倾向于长期护理。对此讨论了五点相关因素， 并提出了根据地方情况和动员中央、地方财政力量建立老年长期护理社会保险和商业保险 等改革意见。66289

Elderly Demands for Long-Term Care and Its Influencing Factors——Based on the Survey of a county in Jiangxi Province
Abstract: In order to analyze elderly demands for long-term care and its influencing factors, this thesis is mainly aim to use literature research method to analyze different framework of different researchers and index of questionnaires. Based on this method, the writer designs a questionnaire suited to this research and use questionnaire survey method to collect data about elderly demands for long-term care. And then, the results show the age, income, educational level, obstacles of bathing, obstacles of up and down stairs, and stroke are very important factors to influence demands for elderly long-term care by SPSS 18.0. Moreover, the high-income elderly are inclined to choose long-term care. So the writer discusses five relative factors and points out that the local government and central government should make an effort to build social insurance and commercial insurance of elderly long-term care according to different situation.
