摘要在国外,已经有相当多的学者研究工作特性及其相关的理论。然而,国内虽有学者研究这方面的理论,但处于起步阶段,研究的广度和深度都有所欠缺。本研究旨在我国企业的实际,探究工作特性、员工创新意识和工作绩效间的关系。66355
经过大量的文献检阅,对相关的理论进行详细理解的基础上,提出本文的研究思路。然后,本研究通过问卷的设计和发放,对不同企业的员工进行问卷调查,通过运用SPSS20.0软件进行描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析方法来对所得的数据进行实证研究。本研究得出以下结论:
(1)差异分析表明:人口统计变量均在工作特性和工作绩效的各维度上表现出了不同程度的显著性差异。
(2)相关分析表明:工作特性与员工创新意识、工作特性与工作绩效、员工创新意识与工作绩效之间都呈现出显著的相关性。
(3)回归分析表明:工作特性对员工创新意识和工作绩效以及员工创新意识和工作绩效的回归效果显著,有较强的预测作用。而且员工创新意识作为调节变量在工作特性与工作绩效间起到了良好的调节效应。

Abstract
In foreign countries, there have been quite a few scholars research characteristics and its related theory.However, despite domestic scholars study this aspect of theory,but in its infancy, research the breadth and depth.This study is to our country enterprise's reality,Study work characteristics, innovation consciousness and the relationship between work performance.
After a lot of literature review,The related theory on the basis of the detailed understanding of,Put forward in this paper, the research train of thought.Then, this research through questionnaire design and distribution,Of the questionnaire survey to employees of different companies,By using SPSS20.0 software carries on the descriptive statistical analysis、Correlation analysis and regression analysis methods to empirical data.In this study the following conclusions:
(1) Variance analysis showed that:Demographic variables on job characteristics and job performance showed different degrees of various dimensions of difference.
(2) the correlation analysis showed that:Job characteristics and employee innovation consciousness、Job characteristics and job performance、Employees' innovation consciousness and all present a significant correlation between job performance.
(3) regression analysis showed that:Job characteristics on employees' innovation consciousness and work performance and Employees' innovation consciousness and work performance regression effect is remarkable,Have stronger prediction function.And the staff innovation consciousness as regulating variable between job characteristics and job performance has played a good adjustment effect.
