社会工作视角下新生代女性农民工社区融入问题研究

摘要：城镇化进程的加快和人们对物质生活更高层次的追求，使得大量农民工涌入城市，在其中，女性虽占比比较小，但其态势却逐年增大。与父辈们不同，新生代女性农民工不仅仅以赚钱糊口为目的生存在城市，她们有着更高层次的生活和理想追求。但二元户籍制度、城市人的歧视、加上新生代女性农民工自身的文化水平落后等等诸多原因已经成为新一代女性民工城市融入的障碍。其次，鉴于女性因体力和生育的原因使其劳动生产力水平较低于男性农民工，同工不同酬现象在劳动力市场中大量存在。本文运用社会工作专业知识和专业技术，通过对上海市M社区新生代女性农民工进行访谈，从社会工作者角度深入了解其社会生活和精神生活，然后从经济生活、社会日常生活、新生代女性农民工再教育三方面对其城市社区融入现状展开分析。最后，从社会工作视角下分别从政府、社区、新生代女性农民工自身三个角度，突破其融入障碍。69798

The study on the community integration of the new generation female peasant workers based on the perspective of social work-- Take the M community in Shanghai as an example

Abstract: The acceleration of the urbanization process and the pursuit of a higher level of material life make a large number of migrant workers flock into the city, in which the proportion of women is relatively small, but the situation has increased year by year. Their parents are not the same, not only do the new generation of female migrant workers make money for living in the city, but also they have a higher standard of life and the pursuit of ideals. But, firstly,the dual household registration system, urban discrimination, coupled with the new generation of female migrant workers' lack of education and so many other reasons have become the barriers of new generation of female migrant workers who want to go into the city . Secondly, due to women’ physical and reproductive disabilities,their labor productivity is lower that of men workers. They aren’t able to get the equal pay comparing to the men workers. In this paper, the researcher uses social work professional knowledge and professional skills with talking in order to know their social life and spiritual life, and than do a research about how to get involved in the community from the perspectives of economic life, social daily life, new generation of female migrant workers re-education. Finally, from the perspective of social work, the researcher offers three ways to solve the problems on the basis of government, community, new generation of female migrant workers themselves.
