    摘要本文以上海为主要调查对象,分析学生受访者对专业的偏好度和选择专业的影响因素,研究这些偏好因素是如何影响他们的专业满意度。首先,我们通过对已有文献资料的深度解析了解目前学生的专业满意度评价。其次,我们将从现有的研究设计评价模型与量表入手,测量评估调查中不同的个人因素是否会影响在校大学生的专业满意度。然后,计算得出满意度评估指标,分析比较不同专业学生的专业满意度及归属感水平,着眼于外部变量因素,深入探索影响学生满意度的根本原因。最后,探究专业满意度对学生素质教育的影响及对学校发展的作用。研究结果表明,学科专业的质量可以通过量化的学生专业满意度指标进行客观评价,而不是通过主观考察进行评价。此外,在国内外相关研究的基础上,我们结合已掌握的两项专业评价指标,按3:3:4的科学比例赋权,得出一项综合了大学生从进入高校之前、在校学习期间、毕业后的学科专业偏好及质量进行评价的一体化指标。该指标首次将大学生的全学习生涯进行完整的定量度量,使得量化比较大学教育成果成为可能。关键词: 专业满意度;专业影响因素;归属感;指标10536
    Abstract
    This thesis, with Shanghai Institute of Technology as the main object for investigation, makes analyses of student interviewees' preference of specialty and factors affecting their choices of specialty. It also makes researches on the impact of those preference factors on students' satisfaction with their specialty. First of all, we discuss over students' current satisfaction degree and evaluation of their specialty by extensively analyzing existing document literature. Second, we, starting from evaluation model and scale of current research design, measure and assess whether different personal factors will influence college students' satisfaction with their specialty. After that, the thesis gives satisfaction evaluation indicator, analyzes and compares the specialty satisfaction and sense of belonging of students with different majors, and makes a profound exploration of fundamental causes for students' satisfaction with their specialty with a view to external quantitative factors. Last, the thesis makes studies on students' specialty satisfaction about its impact on quality education and its function in schools' development. According to research results, the quality of specialty can be assessed objectively with quantitative specialty satisfaction indicators of students rather than being evaluated through subjective examination. Besides, we, on the basis of relevant researches at home and abroad and in combination with two specialty evaluation indicators we have already acquired, come up with an integrated indicator including college students' specialty preference and evaluation of education quality before they are enrolled, during their learning, and after their graduation according to the scientific proportion of 3:3:4. This index for the first time to measure students' complete learning career by quantitative analysis,make it possible to quantitative compare results of university education.
