摘要水性涂料代表了低污染涂料未来发展的主要方向,如何保质保量的生产是现如今我们需要研究的方向。就生产工艺而言,水性乳胶漆相对油性作为溶剂的涂料来说,从环保的角度出发,提倡零污染,无公害等意识,又结合到配方的原理,小型涂料厂生产可由研磨机、分散釜以及辅助设备组成,用少量的投资即可投产,通过间歇式投料、生产、包装、出厂进行。对于大中型企业,综合考虑原材料、污水、废料的利用通常采用管道输送液体水、乳液、助剂,预混合器,带有反应参数变化的搅拌釜,机械化终端包装程序等。此设计综合考虑原料的充分使用、能源消耗及副产品的处理符合后者。23972

Abstract
Waterborne paint represents the main direction for the future development of low pollution paint,ensure the quality of production is now the direction we need to research.In terms of production technology,the oily waterborne latex paint was used as the solvent paint,from the perspective of environmental protection,advocate zero pollution,pollution-free,consciousness,and combining to the principle of formula,the small paint factory production can be made of grinding machine,dispersing kettle and auxiliary equipment,with a small amount of investment can be put into production,through the intermittent feeding,production,packaging,factory.For large and medium-sized enterprises,to comprehensively consider the use of raw materials,sewage,waste water, emulsion,usually adopt piped liquid fertilizer,premixer,stirred tank with reaction parameters change,mechanized terminal wrappers,etc.This design to comprehensively consider the full use,energy consumption of raw materials and by-products processing conforms to the latter.
This article describes the annual output of 4,500 tons of waterborne paint design,technical,engineering economics, production management and other aspects are discussed in detail, mainly including:design basis,process line argument,process design,the whole process of material balance calculation,the whole process of energy balance,process equipment selection and calculation,workshop layout design,waste treatment and utilization,labor organizations,labor protection and safety,engineering economics,technical details of the improved design and so on.
