    This paper introduces the properties and uses of 2- hydroxy -3-Aminoacetophenone hydrochloride, application prospect, a comprehensive comparison of the latest research progress of 2- hydroxy -3-Aminoacetophenone hydrochloride, in considering the factors of product yield,process maturity degree, determine the 10%Pd-C as catalysts for the synthesis of 2- hydroxy -3- amino benzene ethyl ketone hydrochloride. The total yield of the design scheme of 2- hydroxy -3- Aminoacetophenonehydrochloride reached 89.2%.
    Firstly, according to the 2- hydroxy -3- Aminoacetophenone hydrochloride test results, reference to domestic and foreign literature record, determining the reasonable process for synthesis of 2- hydroxy -3- Aminoacetophenone hydrochloride.
