    摘要:凹凸棒土(ATP)是一种含量丰富的天然非金属粘土矿物,它独特结构赋予了其独特的吸附性、分散性等物理化学性质。本文用硅烷偶联剂KH-560、β-环糊精,采用表面化学改性的方法对凹凸棒土进行改性,然后通过FT-IR对改性凹凸棒土的结构进行表征。研究了改性凹凸棒土中凹凸棒土原土用量对改性凹凸棒土吸附性能的影响,系统考察了凹凸棒土原土用量、吸附时间、改性凹凸棒土投加量等因素对吸附水中亚甲基蓝的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒土原土最佳用量为15g,吸附时间为30h时改性凹凸棒土(15-ATP)对水中亚甲基蓝吸附量可达到65.61mg/g。改性凹凸棒土投加量为40mg时,对亚甲基蓝的吸附率可达到98.98%。改性凹凸棒土对亚甲基蓝的吸附热力学符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,吸附动力学符合准二级反应动力学模型。26580

    The Preparation, Characterization of Modified Attapulgite
    Abstract:Attapulgite (ATP) is a kind of rich natural nonmetallic clay mineral. And the unique structure of attapulgite gives it unique adsorption, dispersion and some other physical and chemical properties. In this paper, batch experiments have been conducted,as follows. Attapulgite is carried out modify by surface chemical modification, with silane coupling agent KH-560 and β-cyclodextrin. Then the structure of modified attapulgite is performed by FT-IR. Next we study the effect of raw soil dosage on the adsorption properties of modified mttapulgite when attapulgite is modified. And the most important is that we systematically investigate the factors affecting the adsorption of methylene blue in water, including the amount of attapulgite soil, the adsorption time, and the amount of modified attapulgite. The result shows that when the optimum dosage of attapulgite soil is 15g and the adsorption time is 30h, the adsorption capacity of modified attapulgite (15-ATP) to methylene blue in water can be 65.61mg/g. When the amount of modified attapulgite soil is 40mg, the adsorption rate of modified attapulgite to methylene blue can reach 98.98%. The adsorption thermodynamics of modified attapulgite to methylene blue conforms to the Langmuir isotherm adsorption equation, and the adsorption kinetics conforms to the quasi two order reaction kinetic model.
