    摘要:本文以海藻酸钠为壁材,以大蒜精油为芯材,利用锐孔-凝固浴法制备大蒜精油胶囊。通过考察海藻酸钠的浓度、氯化钙的浓度、大蒜精油的用量、乳化剂的选择、乳化剂的用量、固化时的转速、是否外加壳聚糖、加入壳聚糖的不同工艺等单因素对大蒜精油胶囊的形态及大蒜精油包覆率的影响,从而获得最佳制备工艺。通过外观的观察与粒径的测量,红外光谱对其进行组分分析,热重分析及紫外分光光度法测试其包埋率和缓释性能。结果表明,当海藻酸钠的用量与大蒜精油的用量的质量比为1:2;乳化剂用量为0.4%;所用氯化钙的质量是海藻酸钠的1.5倍,制备出来的大蒜精油胶囊形态最佳,大蒜精油的包覆率最高,这种胶囊称海藻酸钙大蒜精油胶囊(CA),包覆率为40.3%。如果再将其加工成壳聚糖包覆海藻酸钙的大蒜精油胶囊(CCCA)或壳聚糖-海藻酸钙复合物的大蒜精油胶囊(CCAC),干燥后的包覆率高达55.83%和74.44%。粒径分别是3.58mm,4.21mm,4.29mm。红外结果显示,胶囊中有大蒜精油的特征峰,说明大蒜精油被成功包覆在胶囊当中。热重分析出和紫外测试结果显示,加入壳聚糖的胶囊更稳定,包覆率更高。经过紫外测试三种不同的胶囊在乙醇中大蒜精油的缓释性能,可以知道三种胶囊具有一定的缓释性能,缓释的快慢依次为CA,CCCA,CCAC。29415

    Preparation of garlic essential oil capsule and explore its performance
    Abstract: In this paper, the essential oil of garlic was prepared by using sodium alginate as wall material and garlic essential oil as core material.. Through the investigation of sodium alginate concentration, calcium chloride concentration and garlic oil dosage of emulsifier, emulsifier dosage, curing speed, whether outer shell glycan, adding chitosan of different processes such as single factor of garlic oil capsule morphology and garlic essential oil coated rate so as to obtain the best preparation process. Through the observation of the appearance and particle size, the analysis of the components was carried out by transform infrared spectrum. The embedding rate and the release property of the embedding rate were tested by thermogravimetric analysis and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.. The results show that when the amount of the amount of sodium alginate with garlic essential oil quality ratio of 1:2; emulsifier dosage of Tween 80 was 0.4%, the quality of calcium chloride is 1.5 times that of sodium alginate and preparation of the garlic oil capsule form best of garlic essential oil by cladding rate is the highest, the capsule said calcium alginate garlic oil capsule (CA), coating rate of 40.3%. If the processed into chitosan alginate complexes of garlic oil capsule (CCCA) or chitosan coated alginate garlic oil capsule (CCAC), after drying of the coating rate as high as 55.83% and 74.44%. The particle size is 3.58mm, 4,21mm, 4.29mm. The results showed that the essential oil of garlic in the capsule was characterized by garlic essential oil, which was successfully encapsulated in the capsule.. The results of thermogravimetric analysis and UV test showed that the capsule was more stable and the encapsulation rate was higher.. The release properties of garlic essential oil in ethanol were tested by UV test, and three kinds of capsules could be known to have a certain slow release property, the slow release speed of the garlic essential oil was CA, CCCA and CCAC, respectively.
