摘要:采用高效液相色谱法使用XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm,5μm)色谱柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇与蒸馏水(体积比60:40)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,在230 nm波长下,对留兰香精油中的香芹酮成分进行定量测定。研究结果表明,在0.51-2.55 mg/mL范围内,香芹酮浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r = 0.996),精密度实验标准偏差为1.03%(n = 5),重复性实验标准偏差为1.32%;平均回收率为99.305(RSD = 1.01%,n =4)。所建方法快速、准确、稳定,证明用高效液相色谱法对留兰香精油中的香芹酮成分进行定量分析是准确可行的。本研究一方面可以为香芹酮的工业生产提供理论指导,另一方面对留兰香油和香芹酮的深入开发和利用也具有重要的意义。67318

Quantitative Analysis of Carvone in Mentha spicata L. Essential Oil
Abstract: This study aimed to establish an analytical method for quantitative analysis of carvone in Mentha spicata L. essential oil by High Efficiency Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC). HPLC was applied using a XDB-C18 column, and the best wavelength was selected at 230 nm. The appropriate mobile phase ratio was determined to be 60:40 (V/V). The analysis data showed a good linear relationship between the chromatographic peak areas and the concentrations of carvone at the test range of 0.51-2.55 mg/mL (r = 0.993). RSDs (n = 5) of the precision, repetition ane recovery experiments were 1.03%, 1.32%, and 1.13%, respectively. The results showed it is a new, quick and accurate method for the quantitative detection of carvone in Mentha spicata L. essenttial oil, which can not only provide theoretical guidance for industrial production of carvone, but also benefit the further development and utilization spearmint oil and carvone.
